David is Chairman and CEO of the ICTS Group of Companies. A stalwart of the retirement funds industry, having started his own business in 1995 called Investment Consulting and Training which he sold to the Alexander Forbes Group in 1999 where he occupied a Senior Director position for just over 3 years, before restarting ICTS in 2002. David holds a BA in Economics and Law from Wits and serves as an independent trustee on a number of retirement fund trustee boards.

Alumnus of Harvard Business School (AMP195) and part-time faculty at GIBS Business School.

Having spent 30 years in the retirement funds industry, Nathalie brings the technical legislation and content to life with her practical experience. She has served in many different capacities; as an employee benefits consultant, an individual financial planner, a Principal Officer, and an Information Officer, giving her a deep appreciation of each role player’s perspective. Nathalie has a BCom degree and is a Certified Financial Planner®. She is currently the Editor of EBnet, an independent and collaborative site for all retirement fund stakeholders.

Chris has over 34 years’ experience in the employee benefits and retirement funds industry. He currently fills the role of Executive: Industry and Media Relations at EBnet (The Employee Benefits Network) and Pensions World SA. He has served as Executive Consultant and Business Development Head at a variety of employee benefits organisations in the industry and has consulted to some of the largest funds in South Africa. Chris regularly advises industry bodies like the Institute of Retirement Funds Africa (IRFA) and BATSETA Council of Retirement Funds in South Africa (previously The Principal Officers Association) and is a judge on the IRFA Best Practices Awards panel. He also serves on the South African Rewards Association (SARA) Tax and Employee Benefits Committee and helps provide commentary and feedback to the industry regulators when legislation changes occur.

With over 10 years of experience in the pensions fund industry, Chris is the dedicated IT Technician and Group Support expert at ICTS UK, providing comprehensive technological support for the company. With a passion for problem-solving and a knack for troubleshooting, Chris ensures smooth operations through adept technical assistance and innovative solutions.
